If your paper was accepted pending revisions and you do not want to revise it, visit the paper’s review site and let the system know. Log in using the link in the revisions email or log in directly at http://My.InformingScience.org and visit the Revision tab, click on No Intention to Revise, then click on Submit. 

Note: Doing so permanently withdraws the paper. If you submit the paper again, it will undergo a new review cycle.
